The activities of "Group R Global" in the field of Aviation and Space Industry are listed as follows in the third article titled "Purpose and Subject" of the articles of association of Group R Global Consultancy and Trade Inc., which was "officially" registered by having been published in the 26th of MARCH 2025 dated and No:11300 numbered "Turkish Trade Registry Gazette";

F. AVIATION AND SPACE:

The company may produce, purchase, lease, import, and export all types of air and space vehicles, including their associated infrastructure, technology, software, hardware, spare parts, ideas, and projects in the aviation and space industry. It may import and export all manned and unmanned aircraft and platforms, as well as all manned and unmanned space vehicles and systems. It may partner with domestic and international projects in this field, establish subsidiaries, provide consulting services, and participate in manned and unmanned air and space programs. It may also produce, import, and export information, technology, and software in this field. Furthermore, it may conduct business and operations such as satellite systems, information and data exchange through these systems, and establish systems. It can carry out works and operations such as integrating air and space vehicles and systems with developing technology, and integrating the same vehicles and systems into land and sea vehicles or platforms, develop information, technology and products, market them domestically and internationally, produce software and hardware, conduct R&D studies, or participate in the programs of real and legal persons, support these studies for commercial purposes as a company, or engage in activities in these areas by obtaining credit and accreditation from domestic and international sources.

In this context, as Group R Global;

In The Short Term: By completing the projecting and feasibility studies, and reaching the capacity to carry out mass production in the meanwhile, hopefully, within 2 years, we are planning to start providing;

"which were under protection as prototypes", to the aviation world.

In The Long Term: As the second step, we will activate the air defense system project consisting of unmanned aerial vehicles, which we have already named as "Unmanned Assault Team (UAT)", and thus break new ground in the aviation and space industry.

In The Meanwhile, We are to begin tests for our ultralight and long-lasting "space battery project", which, hopefully as well, will be capable of generating heat and electricity outside the atmosphere at a very low cost.

We have started preparations for this.
